Food for Families
The Supreme Council is encouraging all councils to perform some type of “Food for Families Program” in they have not already done so. Reports of qualifying council “Food for Families Programs” must be received by the Supreme Council by March 1, 2010 to receive credit for this Fraternal Year’s SP7.

Haitian Relief Information
The Colorado State KofC Charities Corp. will provide matching funds up to $2500 worth of financial aid provided by Knights and Councils in the state. The Archbishop lost his life in the earthquake, along with thousands of others. Any donations of clothing and supplies other than money should be handled on a District to District basis. Charity is one of our four principles, so please be as generous as you can.

Silver Rose
The Silver Rose, honoring Our Lady of Guadalupe and the cause for Life arrived in Sterling, Colorado on October 18, 2009 at St Anthony of Padua Church. Knights from Wyoming turned the Silver Rose, a traveling icon started by the Columbian Squires, to the members of Squire Circle 3851 at Mass. Supreme Representative Bennie Viegra, Membership and Program Coordinator Central United States, Colorado State Deputy Foster J. Sauter and State Squire Chairman Walt Parsons were on hand for the service which was co-celebrated by Colorado State Chaplain, Very Reverend Robert L Wedow, V.F. Sterling Council 1559 supported the Squire Circle and Jim Brom Assembly 0095 provided an Honor Guard for the event. The Silver Rose will traveling throughout the state until Antonito Council 2645 delivers the Silver Rose into New Mexico on November 8, 2009. Click here for a slideshow
